I am a qualified personal trainer, Olympic Weightlifting coach, MMA conditioning coach, kettlebell coach, sports massage and corrective exercise therapist, & bodybuilding coach. In 2019 I was the Irish Team Coach to the World Powerlifting Championships in Calgary. I’ve helped literally hundreds of men lose weight and gain confidence. I have also earned certificates in nutrition and endocrinology of women’s strength training, as well as being a Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do and competing regularly in Powerlifting.
